this is Ulbo.

a small daily read of how your day actually went.

  1. 01you say how you feel, and what put you there.
  2. 02Ulbo reads it back and finds the thread.
  3. 03you end the day with a receipt of it.

Most journals ask you to write and leave you with a pile of writing. Ulbo reads what you wrote and tells you what it noticed — the thing the three hard parts of your day had in common, the question you hadn't asked yourself yet. Then it prints you a receipt.

What it costs

Free for 14 days, then a subscription. No advertising, and nothing is sold to anyone.

What happens to what you write

Your entries stay on your phone unless you sign in, which saves them so they reach your next one. To write your reflections, what you type is sent to Google's Gemini and the reflection comes back — we keep no copy of it.

There are no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs in Ulbo. You can delete any single day, or your whole account, from inside the app.

Ulbo is not a crisis service

If something you write suggests you may be at risk, Ulbo shows you crisis helplines instead of a reflection — and those stay reachable whether or not you subscribe. But it is not therapy, and no human reads your entries. If you are struggling, please talk to someone who is trained for it. findahelpline.com lists services in over 100 countries.
